Dr. Kelly is a native of Connecticut, where he received his undergraduate degree at the University of Connecticut. He received his medical education in St. Louis, where he also did a one-year residency in internal medicine and critical care at St. John’s Mercy Medical Center. He later did his ophthalmology residency in Milwaukee. He specializes in comprehensive ophthalmology with special interest in glaucoma and diabetic eye disease.
