I am writing you today to let you know that I have accepted a position with one of Eye Associates Northwest’s community partners, Retina Institute of Washington. My last day with Eye Associates Northwest will be Friday, May 13, 2022.
While I will no longer be practicing at Eye Associates Northwest, I will still be able to continue your retina care at Retina Institute of Washington’s Renton and Tacoma office locations, should you choose. More information regarding Retina Institute of Washington can be found at www.retinainstitutewa.com. I have also provided a map below to Retina Institute of Washington’s Renton and Tacoma locations.
